Welcome to the Four Fields Training!
This course is based on Jesus’s telling of the Parable of the Sower in Mark 4:26-29. You will learn the meaning of this parable, and then we will break it down step-by-step to create it a practical study based more upon doing what we have learned instead of merely studying.
Nothing that you will learn in this course is very difficult or sophisticated. In fact, you may find that it seems simple. This simplicity is by design to make what you learn here easy to do and easy to teach to others.
We want to stress again that the most important thing about this course is doing what you have learned. We don’t only want you to learn, but to practice and do what you learn here. Jesus told his disciples that if they love him, they will obey his commands. Living as disciples of Jesus today, we must also choose whether to simply learn his commands, or to both learn them and also obey them. Make sure you put into practice what you learn here!
