Once you have completed the test, you should receive a PDF report. You should save that report and bring it with you to our focus meeting. We will use these as a basis for our discussion, answering questions like these:
- What are your top 5 strengths?
- What does this say about you?
- How do you expect that you will be the most help to the team based on these results?
- How do you expect that others will need to fill in with stronger themes than you?
- What types of people would you expect to be attracted to in your work?
- What types of people do you need to be working with you to be the most effective in your work?
- What types of people would you imagine you might have the greatest challenge in working together? What can you plan to do to mitigate those challenges?
