Role description
- Coordinating together with field-based teams:
- Recruit short-term teams from US by meeting with prospective teams who have shown interest online or by phone and answering questions
- Receive incoming applications for new teams and confirming trip slots for each team
- Provide advice on logistics to short-term team leader for confirmed teams
Not as a travel agent, we do not handle bookings- Flights
- Hotels
- Ground Transportation
- Travel with short-term team to lead them and/or coordinate with field team to create and schedule in-country ministry plan
- Coordinate pre-field training with team trip leader. Confirm that the team has completed the training prior to arriving in the field.
- Complete post-trip debrief and develop plan for ongoing use of discipleship process with the church and team
- Coordinate or lead next steps training in conjunction with church
- Develop additional opportunities along with the church
- Donations to support the work of Search Party
- Future teams in Italy
- Future training / encouragement / support teams in other countries
- Development of disciple-making and church planting ministry by the church from the local church
- Log communications and activities in Search Party online admin management system
Preparation and regular, ongoing responsibilities
- Daily abiding in Christ

- Learn Search Party disciple-making and church planting tools and processes
- Make disciples 1-3-9, teaching 3 people to follow Christ and teaching them to teach 3 others
- Develop vision and ongoing application of the tools and processes through participation in NoPlaceLeft trainings in the US or overseas
