Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Service by, anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Text Messaging (SMS and WhatsApp)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Search Party by WhatsApp or SMS, including ministry updates, prayer requests, and follow-ups about reports you submit. Consent is not a condition of any donation or service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Search Party or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Search Party shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
